WAC 110-300-0106(11)-During the site monitor visit this licensor observed one of the assistant teachers does not have a current CPR or First Aid card in their staff file or in Merit. WAC 110-300-0106(12)-During the site monitor visit this licensor observed one of the asistant teacheres does not have a current food handlers card. WAC 110-300-0106(3)- During the site monitor visit this licensor observed that one of the assistant teachers has not completed the child care basics training. WAC 110-300-0106(8)- During the site monitor visit this licensor obsereved that the provider does not have current safe sleep training in their staff file or on Merit.
